Why this role?

We are looking for a high-potential Partner Manager to join our growing Partnerships team and help us scale how we onboard and activate partners across our SaaS portfolio (TestRail, Ranorex, Kiuwan, PreEmptive).

This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of business, marketing, and operations, perfect for someone early in their career who wants to build real expertise in partnerships and go-to-market strategy.

Your mission: make sure partners are not just signed… but successfully activated and generating real business impact.


What you will be doing

Partner Onboarding & Activation

  • Own the onboarding journey for new partners
  • Drive activation: certifications, first opportunities, initial deals
  • Ensure partners are set up for success from day one

Partner Growth & Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with newly onboarded partners
  • Identify early opportunities and support initial deals
  • Help partners position and sell our solutions effectively

Marketing & Enablement

  • Support partner campaigns, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to building impactful partner content and journeys

 Operations & Performance

  • Track partner performance (activation, pipeline, engagement)
  • Keep CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) clean and actionable
  • Continuously improve onboarding and activation processes

What we are looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience (internships count!) in Business, Marketing, Partnerships, or similar
  • Degree or Master’s in Business / Marketing / Management
  • Fluent in English and ideally in French
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment
