About the role:
As a Partner Manager for Xray, you will report directly to the Head of Partnerships to play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners in North America, ensuring their success and driving mutual growth. You will collaborate closely with partners to understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver exceptional partner and customer service. Your goal will be to foster long-term partnerships, increase partner satisfaction, and drive adoption and revenue growth through effective relationship management, with a strong focus on identifying, prospecting and onboarding new partners in these key regions.


What you’ll do:

  • Identify and recruit new partners within Xray’s ideal partner profile, with a focus on North America.
  • Evaluate potential strategic partners to ensure synergy with their services, client base, and Atlassian ecosystem connections.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Xray partners, including software vendors, resellers, and consultants.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for North American partners, understanding their business objectives and aligning Xray's capabilities to meet their needs.
  • Conduct regular partner meetings, providing updates, sharing best practices, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that drive partner success and revenue growth.
  • Ensure partners have access to the necessary resources, such as sales enablement and training materials, and promote Xray’s partner certification.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to increase Xray usage and expand customer accounts through partners.
  • Track partner performance metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and partner margins, and provide insights and recommendations to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new partner opportunities and actively manage the deal pipeline with each partner in North America.
  • Work closely with Xray’s customer success and support teams to resolve partner-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Bring new connections within the Atlassian ecosystem to expand Xray’s partner network in the region.
     

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or account management roles in the software industry.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem and experience leveraging it for partnerships.
  • Experience prospecting and building partner pipelines, particularly in North America.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong business acumen.
     

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Xray or similar test management software is preferred
  • Previous experience managing partnerships in North America.
